The researchers used descriptive method research. They conducted a personal interview to 15 respondents. A personal interview guide was used by them to gather data. The researchers also administered a validity questionnaire to 15 respondents to determine whether the application is valid or not. The researchers decided to develop mobile application with the used of Mobile Application Development Life Cycle. The validation of the application gained a weighted mean of 4.26 which is describe as highly valid. Therefore, in the development of the application, the researchers had proven that the MOBIDIC is valid because of the attained requirements.
