The Online Examination System is a tool that allows teachers to administer exams and allows students to take exams online. The researchers determined the functional and non-functional requirements of the developed Online Examination System, designed and constructed using Rapid Application Development Model and determined the level of usability of the system using USE questionnaire. The researchers used descriptive and developmental research in conducting the study. This study included 145 respondents for the evaluation. The developed system determined its features as active notification, examination page, screen recording, display list of records, and user management also performed the non-functional requirements such as accessibility, availability, reliability, security, user- friendly and usability.
