Achieving desired success in such a fiercely competitive software application market requires one to have in-depth understanding of how software apps are developed correctly using different kinds of models. This study concentrated on the extent of performances of two SADLC Models, Specifically, this research study sought to identify the common characteristics of a SADLC Models and compared two SADLC Models through the development of Software Application in terms of requirement analysis, quality control, time frame and maintenance. The researchers used descriptive and experimental research method to gather the needed data. The main instrument used was a questionnaire. The researchers chose one respondent with a high programming skill who answered the research questions. Descriptive and expiremental research design was used to gather the needed data. As to performance of RAD and Agile, they came up with a questionnaire to compare and test the difference of the two models as to its phases. This study found out that RAD model was more applicable to use in developing Software Application than the Agile based from the perspective of the respondent along Requirements Analysis, Quality Control and Time Frame. Meanwhile, Agile is better along Maintenance.
