A Website for the Rotary Club of Agoo

In the advent of modern technologies and systems worldwide, websites make records easily stored and retrieved, thus making transactions faster than usual. This study aims to help the Rotary Club of Agoo in archiving and uploading club activities, profiles and information of the sort and enhance communication between members of the club. Specifically, it desires to achieve the following objectives: to design and develop a Website for the Rotary Club of Agoo using Agile Methodology; and to determine the level of usability of the developed Website as to its usability. The researchers utilized descriptive and developmental methods of research in accomplishing the objectives of this study. The materials used were the, usability questionnaire, interview and Agile Web Engineering Process Model. The data gathered from the respondents were tallied using frequency counts and mean, which were interpreted through the use of Likert scale. The researchers found that the Agile Web Engineering Process Model was found to be much appropriate when it comes to developing a web based system. The developed system was rated using a usability questionnaire and was found to be usable with a grand mean of 3.82.
