Reservation system is a transaction processing system that solves the problem encountered during the manual process of reservation. The main objective of the study primarily aimed to develop a Multimode Car Reservation of JamJade Car Services. Specifically, it attains the following objectives: to determine the functional requirements; to design and build Multimode Car Reservation of JamJade Car Services; to determine the level of usability of JamJade Car Services in terms of: Efficiency, Affect, Helpfulness, Control and Learnability. The researchers used descriptive and developmental research methods. The researchers undergo with library research and web research as their data instruments to gather and answer the problems of the study. The researchers will undergo with distributing questionnaires to staffs and users of the system. Predicated on data accumulated, the researchers came up with the following findings; the JamJade Car Services have functional requisites of data, features, hardware, software and peopleware. In the developed system of the JamJade Car Services which is Multimode Car Reservation, it is the solution to process the reservations more reliable, precise and less time-consuming. To determine the level of usability of the system, testing of the system availed the evaluators to analyze the system if it utilizable and the developed system acquires the descriptive interpretation of high usability.
