In this study, the objectives are: development of the proposed automatic gate system using Arduino technology; level of acceptability for the prototype in terms of usefulness and ease of use; and estimation cost of the actual design. Descriptive research was employed through the use of survey questionnaire as data gathering instruments. Developmental method was also applied using Evolutionary Model (EM) as basis in developing the Prototype Automatic Gate System using Arduino Technology for DMMMSU-SLUC. The salient findings of the study are: the Prototype Automatic Gate System is developed using the Evolutionary Model; the software used to develop the system is Arduino IDE and the system was been developed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6. The Evolutionary Model was used in the development phase to satisfy the person needs; the researchers conduct a survey to the 10 (ten) personnel security and 10 (ten) school staffs to determine the level of acceptability.
