The study aimed to develop Wireless Electric Meter Reader using Arduino with GSM. Specifically, it determined the capabilities and constraints of the current meter reading in DMMMSU-SLUC; developed the eMetroMo using Arduino with GSM: determined the cost benefit and evaluated the level of accuracy and reliability as to margin of error. The study employed descriptive and developmental research method and used different statistical tools such as frequency count and average weighted mean. The researchers used Rapid Application Development Model in developing the system. Based on the findings, the meter reading in DMMMSU-SLUC has constraints which needed to be addressed. eMetroMo was developed using the Rapid Application Development Mode. In the Cost-Benefit Analysis, there is a benefit when used in long term purposes. Also, the study is effective in terms of its accuracy and reliability based on the results.
