Online ordering became a trend especially during the pandemic and is intended serve online. This study aimed to develop an Online Ordering System for Ryan and Ced Pizza. Specifically, it sought to achieve the following objectives: (1) to identify the features of the online ordering system, (2) to design and construct the Online Ordering System of Ryan and Ced Pizza, (3) to determine the level of usability of the online ordering system. The methods of investigation employed in this study were descriptive research design with the aid of interviews and a Post- Study System Usability Questionnaire as a data gathering instrument, and a developmental research design was implemented for the development of the system using Rapid Application Development. The features of the system includes (a) Account b) Ordering Page c) Log- in and Log- out c) Profile d) User Management e) Sales Report f) Menu Items/ Pictures g) Cart h) Ordering Status i) Speech Recognition j) Computer- generated speech. Results showed that the developed system is usable with a 1.70 in system usefulness, 1.64 in terms of information quality, 1.70 in terms of integration quality, and the overall average of 1.65 Post- Study System Usability Questionnaire mean rating.
