e-Pasyal: A Mobile Application for Philippine Culture and Tourism Promotion

A mobile application is a way for the country to promote the tourist destinations that will help the tourist to search for the information and its location. Design a mobile application to attract tourist to go and visit that particular place using mobile application. The main objective of this study was to develop a mobile application that will promote the tourist attractions in the Philippines Specifically, itidentified the functional requirements, design and build a mobile application and determined the level of usability of the mobile application. To be able to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive and developmental research methods. Through the use of MADLC model, the researchers developed the mobile application. Questionnaires were used to evaluate the usability of the mobile application. And the overall result of the developed mobile application was evaluated for its usability with the total weighted mean of 4.22 and c descriptive equivalent rating of "Strongly Agree".
