Psychological Testing and Guidance Counseling Application of DMMMSU-SLUC

This study aimed to develop the psychological testing and guidance counseling application of DMMMSU-SLUC. Specifically, it aimed to achieve the following objectives: (1) To design and build a psychological testing and guidance counseling application of DMMMSU-SLUC; (2) To determine its reliability; and (3) To determine its usability. Descriptive and developmental research methods were employed through administering survey questionnaires; and applied method by the use of Rapid Application Development Model and programming languages like PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL. The salient findings of the study are the following: the researchers found out that Rapid Application Development model was the key for the development of the psychological testing and guidance counseling web application with the use of HTML5 as the programming language; the developed system was rated very much reliable; and developed system was rated very much usable.
