Students Record Management System of San Fabian National High School

Records management system is one of the most useful modern tools of gathering, updating, regulating, recoding, and storing information. This study aimed to develop the Students Record Management System of San Fabian National High School. Specifically, it aimed to determine the features of the system through personal interview guided by the researcher-made questionnaire; to design and develop the Student Record Management System of San Fabian National High School adopting the Agile Methodology; and lastly, to evaluate the system using ISO 25010 survey questionnaire. The developed system has features such as security, data manipulation, report generation, search, automatic calculation, statistical report and backup. The developed system is very much functional, very much reliable, very much usable, very much efficient, very much maintainable, very much portable, very much compatible and very much secured based on ISO 25010 software quality standards.
