Record Management System for the Instruction Office of DMMMSU-SLUC

The objective of the study was to develop a Record Management System for Instruction Office of DMMMSU-SLUC. Using the RAPID Application Model, it sought to; 1) identify the functional and non-functional requirements of the developed system; 2) design and construct the system; and 3) determine the level of acceptability of the developed system. Descriptive and developmental methods of research were used to meet in accomplishing the objectives of the study. The researchers found that the developed system is able to record and generate reports on faculty performance evaluation, records of the faculty scholars, service credits, NBC 461, endorsements, and memos. In the design and construction of the developed system, softwares such as PHP, Bootstrap, Html for front end and MySQL and WampServer for back end was appropriate to use. The developed system was strongly acceptable.
